About Eriskay

Meet the Eriskay B&B and Glamping Family

Ken & Gill are the owners of Eriskay, formally from South Africa but both have Scottish roots. They offer you true South African hospitality in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, with a warm and friendly welcome and stay in their home. Their family comprises of a daughter called Chrissy, Layla the loving Pug, Stormie the laid-back Maine Coon Cat and Moya the Umbrella Cockatoo. They look forward to meeting and hosting you in their unique home.

Ken and Gill are the dream hosts. They always make us feel so welcome and add something special to our stays. This was our 4th time back staying at the pods, it feels like home every time. Breakfast is outstanding! We agreed it’s the best we’ve had by far. 5 star, tastes amazing, absolutely made with love and the choices are great. Ken’s tea selection is particularly impressive too. The pods are cosy, comfy and spotlessly clean. They have everything you need and more. We also love to have the use of the bothy and have our dinner there in the evening, there are plenty nice places nearby to get a takeaway or something for the microwave. We highly recommend staying here, we wouldn’t go anywhere else... in fact we never want to leave.
